Your Role:
- Oversee daily insurance operations for Nova's exclusive clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications.
- Ensure timely policy issuance and maintain accurate CRM records.
We're Looking For:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office; experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent with excellent time management.
